What We Offer
At Salon Revienne, we’re committed to building long-term careers—not just filling positions. Our structure is designed to support growth, education, and sustainability at every stage.

One-on-one coaching and mentoring with experienced leadership

A 9-month Successful Start Training Program, including advanced color techniques, in-depth extension education, innovative hair loss solutions, and foundational business education

Paid apprenticeship at $15/hour, 20–30 hours per week

Early opportunities to build a clientele during the training program

Commission + tips on behind-the-chair days during apprenticeship (approximately 12 flexible hours per week)

Option to transition into a commission stylist role upon successful completion of the program

Increased commission structure and hours after signing on as a commission stylist

Advanced education bonuses available after one year of employment
