Meet the Team

Rachel Snyder
Founder
Hi Friend! I'm Rachel, a 30-something, boy mom living my best life.
My family is the driving force behind everything I do. I want to spend as much time as possible with them doing the things we love to do together such as travelling, boating, beaching, kayaking, hiking (we love the outdoors!), and hitting up the local theme parks.
My personal hobbies include pilates, building my Lego collection, listening and watching all things true crime, and reading (preferably suspense and historical fiction).
I feel so fortunate to have a career that I love that also enables me to contribute to providing my family our dream life.
What makes me love my career as a stylist so much is the impact my services have on other women's lives. I'd like to think that in some small way I help my guests live their best life too by making them feel beautiful and confident when they go out into the world.
I started my hairstyling career specializing in blonding, but when I was introduced to hair extensions it was love as first strand. During my years expanding my knowledge and skillset with extensions I discovered the impact volumizing services had on women experiencing thinning hair. But extensions alone weren't enough to address the variety of hair loss issues that so many women experience so I sought out additional solutions. That's when I discovered Microlines which is a topper system that adds volume and covers visible scalp on top of the head where extensions can't go.
Extending my services to include hair loss solutions has ignited an unexpected passion to learn more about hair loss and find more ways to help women experiencing it. My goals for the future are to bring in more solutions to address the different causes of hair loss and other covering options to support every unique need and lifestyle.
Now that you've learned a little about me here I hope to get to know you in person.
I'd love to learn more about your hair and goals to see how I can help you. If you're interested in becoming a guest in my studio please fill out a consultation form so I can guide you on how to schedule your first visit.
I look forward to finally meeting you!

Stylist
Hi there! I’m Sofia Pilia! I’m an up and coming stylist with a deep love for art, beauty, and self-expression. From the time I was a little girl, I was in love with the world of hair and makeup. I spent countless hours creating hairstyles on my dolls. As I got older it turned into helping my friends and family with events, it became more than just a hobby; it was a part of who I was. In high school, my parents encouraged me to turn that passion into something more, and that’s when I made the decision to pursue a career in cosmetology.
Outside of the salon, I’m a lover of all things artistic. I enjoy painting, drawing, going to the beach, staying active, and spending time with my friends and family. I find inspiration in everyday beauty and believe that wellness and creativity are the key to success in life.
I’m interested in lived-in-color and extensions, and I’m all about creating effortless, natural-looking beauty that enhances your confidence and reflects your style.
My goal throughout my career is to help women feel empowered, beautiful, and truly confident in their own skin. I believe that hair is more than just a style, it’s a form of self-expression. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, I’m here to create a look that aligns with your personality, lifestyle, and vision. I would love the opportunity to welcome you into my chair and help you step into the most confident version of yourself.

Hi, I’m so happy you’re here! After growing up on Long Island, New York, I recently made my way back to Florida. I’m a sunshine and summer girl at heart, so moving back to Orlando felt like coming home.
I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 6 years, but my love for hair and beauty started long before that. When I was 12, I discovered YouTube and became completely obsessed with hair and makeup tutorials. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to work in the beauty industry. I originally went to college and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, but I always felt like something was missing. I quickly realized that sitting behind a desk all day wasn’t for me. I wanted a career where I could be creative while connecting with people. So, I followed that feeling, went to beauty school, and earned my cosmetology license. It was the first time I truly felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me chasing a good sunset, spending time with my nieces and nephew, spoiling my Shih Tzu, Zoey, trying a new recipe, playing pickleball, or attempting to beat my running PR. And yes, I’m still watching hair and makeup tutorials just like I was at 12! I really value continuing education as a stylist and am always looking for new techniques and skills that I can bring back to my clients. I’m also a huge Halloween fan and especially love getting creative with special effects makeup.
For me, being a hairstylist has always been about more than just ‘doing hair.’ I love helping people feel like themselves again. That’s one of the reasons I’m especially passionate about hair loss and creating solutions that help women feel confident. Hair loss can be such a personal and emotional experience, yet it’s something that often isn’t talked about enough. I love being part of a salon that helps bring this conversation into the light and reminds women that they don’t have to navigate it alone.
The moments that mean the most to me are when a woman looks in the mirror after finding the right hair loss solution. You can see her energy shift and how good she feels about herself. Those moments remind me exactly why I chose this career. I’m so excited to get to know you, learn about your hair goals, and be a small part of your journey. I can’t wait to help you feel like YOU again!
